Since 2017, Cyril has worked in project development across the U.S. While managing projects and financial operations for a real estate developer in Beverly Hills, California, he discovered his true passion: the intersection of construction management and accounting. Having served in roles ranging from project manager to corporate controller, he saw firsthand the financial hurdles and inefficiencies that plague contractors.

Driven to make a difference, Cyril earned his MBA and EA credentials. He founded Blackthorne Wicker with the clear mission to bring absolute clarity, consistency, and structural integrity to the complex world of construction accounting.
