We collect what you send us and what a normal web server records. We use it to do the work you engaged us for and to answer you. We do not sell it. We hold what you send us and what a web server records. Nothing else.
When you book a time, email us or send records, we hold what you sent so we can do the work and answer you. When you read the site, our host records what any web server records. The page, the time, an approximate location from the network address, and the browser. The WIP calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Who else sees it
The people working on your engagement, and the services we use to host the site and run scheduling and email. Nobody buys it from us, because it is not for sale.
How long we keep it
Financial records for as long as the engagement and the record-retention rules that apply to tax practitioners need. Enquiries that do not become engagements are cleared out once they are plainly cold.
