One seat, and you know whose it is.

Not a call center and not a rotating account manager. The person who builds the WIP schedule is the person who files the return.

In short

Who will I actually work with?

Cyril J. Punay, the founder. One team prepares the tax work, the financials and the job costing in-house. You call one seat, not three.

Background

Cyril J. Punay worked in project development across the United States for years. In Beverly Hills, California, he ran the projects and the financial operations for a real estate developer. He found the work he wanted there: construction and money, in one seat.

He has been a project manager, a senior investment analyst, and a corporate controller. Every seat showed him the same problem. The field knows what the job costs. The office knows what the job billed. Almost no contractor can put the two together while the job is still open.

Cyril earned an MBA. He is also licensed to prepare and file federal tax returns, so the return stays with the same people who build the numbers.

He started Blackthorne Wicker for one reason. A contractor must get clear numbers that hold. A company needs structural integrity as much as a building does.
